Can you accommodate food allergies?
We strive to accommodate food allergies with advance notice, such as nut, dairy, or shellfish allergies. However, please note that we cannot guarantee an allergen-free experience, and if you have a life-threatening allergy, we advise against joining the tour for safety reasons. What happens if I’m running late?
Tours begin promptly at the scheduled start time. If you know you will be late, please call us in advance, and we will do our best to guide you to the current stop. Refunds are not provided for latecomers.

How do I book, and what is the cancellation policy?
Booking is simple! Visit our website to reserve your spot. Tickets must be purchased in advance to ensure availability and allow us to prepare for your experience.
Our cancellation policy follows standard guidelines:
You will receive a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of the experience.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time, or no-shows, will not be refunded.
Please note: All tours require a minimum number of participants to operate. If this minimum is not met, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance and offer options to reschedule or receive a full refund.
If we need to cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
